At the Karachi power show, Fazl states that JUI-F is fighting for rights rather than power.

The head of JUI-F claims that a "drama" was put on in the guise of the 2024 general elections.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the supremo of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F), has reiterated accusations of manipulation of election results, stating that his party is fighting for the rights of the people and the sovereignty of the nation, not for power.

“We are loyal to Pakistan, but there is no value of national loyalty here,” Maulana Fazl said while addressing a power show in Karachi on Thursday. “Issue is not limited to elections, you [institutions] will have to change themselves in entirety.”

In the statewide polls for 2024, he claimed, there was "manipulation of votes" and a "sell" of all legislatures "from Sindh Assembly to the President's House."

He criticized, pointing to purported manipulation of polling results: “Democracy has been eliminated from the country.”

“Those people sitting at the helm have made Pakistan a slave of America,” he said, adding, "Pakistan is self-sufficient of competent people and natural resources."

He claimed that a "drama" was put on in anticipation of the 2024 general elections.

According to Fazl, the JUI-F's opponents in politics believed that the group would not be able to demonstrate against election tampering since "our movement is not only for one day or one month."

Concerning the rise in terror attacks, he added that Pakistan can only flourish when its rulers are elected through a "people's struggle."

He continued by saying that the goal of his party's fight was not to secure seats in legislatures or ministries but “we are ready to fight for your rights as a soldier”.

The politician stated that when the JUI-F won a popular uprising, Pakistan will grow to be a wealthy and developed nation.

Earlier this week, Fazl made a powerful statement on the floor of the National Assembly in which he attacked the establishment, the administration, lawmakers, bureaucracy, and the results of the nationwide elections in 2024.

He had urged the head of the ruling parties, Nawaz Sharif of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Shehbaz Sharif, and Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), to step down from the government and address the general public.

He went on to say that the PTI, led by Imran Khan, ought to be permitted to govern if the people had supported it.
