Dubai: Each individual must pay Dh15,000 for this exclusive supper.

The Infinity Dinner, one of 2024's most remarkable culinary events, will take place on July 3 at Dubai's renowned One Za'abeel. For a small gathering of 20 guests, the secret Infinity Room at One&Only One Za'abeel will become a gourmet sanctuary the night before the coveted Michelin Guide Dubai Star Revelation. A unique six-course supper crafted by five culinary maestros will be served to a select few.
The Infinity Dinner will be held in a magnificent dining room with a glass floor, suspended 100 metres above the city, at The Link, which is already a famous icon in Dubai's skyline as the longest cantilever in the world. Flavor-packed dishes prepared by internationally recognised chefs who will be personally preparing their creations in this amazing environment. Star-studded, the lineup includes Mehmet Gürs, renowned for his inventive Turkish and Middle Eastern cuisines; Anne-Sophie Pic, the most decorated female chef; Paco Morales, praised for his dynamic Andalusian cuisine at restaurant Noor; Tetsuya Wakuda, known for fusing Japanese ingredients with French techniques; Bo Songvisava and Dylan Jones, champions of Thai culinary heritage and eco-gastronomy; and Dabiz Muñoz, the eccentric genius behind StreetXO's theatrical street food-inspired dishes.
The evening will start in Sphere, The Link's destination bar, with a classy welcome cocktail. A private DJ set and canapés will be served to guests, creating the mood for an enchanted gastronomic adventure. Following that, guests will be led by committed hosts to a designated table in the Infinity Room, where they will partake in an immersive multi-course meal experience. A multi-sensory experience is guaranteed at every turn as each meal will be expertly completed tableside by the chefs, who will also be providing live entertainment to complement each mouthful.
At Dh15,000 per person, you may enjoy a unique dining experience that includes the Infinity Dinner, a carefully chosen collection of unique items from The Link, and other wonderful surprises.
