Dubai: Everyone is talking about this Dh25 limited edition croissant.

Dubai is well-known for its distinctiveness. It's time to make room for a special edition croissant now. A 'limited edition' croissant has been produced by Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk executive chef Romain Castet. Flaky pastry, dark chocolate, cacao, and jammy raspberry are combined in this limited edition croissant, which is part of the hotel's Haute Croissanterie concept and honours Sofitel The Obelisk's 60th anniversary. The croissant is made with pure butter and quality ingredients.
Chefs from all over the world adapt and reinterpret croissants at Haute Croissanterie by giving the French delicacy a creative twist. There's a lot of space for innovation, from tastes to designs. The recipes are a reflection of the locations the chefs are from. It's fascinating to note that even while croissants are uniquely French, they have taken on a lot of different identities in places where a substantial breakfast is a staple. This season's surprise at Sofitel The Obelisk is Chef Castet's version, which is exclusively available for Dh25 until July 10. Enjoy your meal!
